MIT EPROM txteagle -Smartphone

MIT’s EPROM program has spread knowledge of mobile phone programming to 12 universities in sub-Saharan Africa, enabling more than a thousand students to begin creating applications specific to the needs of the African continent. txteagle is an organization that helps to monetize those applications.
